Notice is hereby given that upon not less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice given by telephone, electronically, or otherwise on behalf of the Jennings County School Corporation, Jennings County, Indiana, an Indiana public school corporation (the “school corporation”), prior to ninety (90) days from the date of the second publication of this notice, bids will be received on behalf of the school corporation in care of the school corporation’s municipal advisor.

The taxpayers of the Jennings County School Corporation, Jennings County, Indiana (the “School Corporation”), are hereby notified that on August 21, 2025, the Board of School Trustees of the School Corporation (the “Board”) adopted a resolution which determined that the School Corporation will issue general obligation bonds of the School Corporation, payable out of ad valorem property taxes collected by the School Corporation on all taxable property within the geographical boundaries of the School Corporation.

The taxpayers of the Jennings County School Corporation, Jennings County, Indiana (the “school corporation”), are hereby notified that on August 21, 2025, the Board of School Trustees of the school corporation (the “board”) adopted a resolution which determined that the school corporation will issue general obligation bonds of the school corporation.
