JCMS Mission Statement
At Jennings County Middle School
we will strive to provide students with
the skills necessary to make positive
career and life choices which will
enable them to be successful
members of the community and
society. We will emphasize students'
talents in a wide spectrum of the
academic, artistic, and athletic areas,
with an emphasis on attaining the
basic skills. All students will have
opportunities to explore their talents
and gifts through a wide variety of
experimental activities. We will enable
students to develop self-discipline,
responsibility, and respect for self and
others by providing a safe, fair, and
well-disciplined environment.
