STUDENT /PARENT CONTRACT
I understand that I have been removed from my home school due to inappropriate behaviors and I am expected to follow all rules found in the JCSC student handbooks. Violation of the Zero Tolerance items will result in immediate removal from the ACEP program via a case conference and home bound instruction or an appropriate placement will be implemented. If I refuse to complete my daily assignments a case conference will be held and other placement options will be explored.
